We value our customers and want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are completely unsatisfied with your item(s), we gladly accept the return for a STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 calendar days of the delivery.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition free of any stain from makeup, deodorant or wear and with original tag still attached.

Incorrect/ Defective Merchandise
If you believe you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, we must be notified within 3 calendar days of receiving the order or it cannot be returned – NO EXCEPTION. A photo of the incorrect/defective merchandise must be emailed to shop@ameliasjewelrybox.com .
To correctly process your return
- Amelia’s Jewelry Box reserves the right to determine if the returned merchandise is in a sellable condition.
- Complete the return from and include it inside all packages you are returning.
- Submit your return form to shop@ameliasjewelrybox.com from your computer and a label will be provided to you.
- Drop your return off at your local post office.
