  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders under $75.00. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: While we ensure your items leave our facility securely, Amelia’s Jewelry Box is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages once in transit. RETURN POLICY

Easy Online Returns for Store Credit

At Amelia’s Jewelry Box, we value our amazing community and want you to be completely in love with your fashion accessories! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 15 calendar days of your delivery date.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for store credit, all returned merchandise must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Items must be free of any stains (including makeup, deodorant, or general wear).
  • Original tags must still be attached.
  • Please note: Items purchased from our Sale area or marked as Clearance are considered final sale and are non-returnable.

Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

We inspect every order, but if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us immediately.

  • We must be contacted within 3 calendar days of delivery—no exceptions.
  • Please email a clear photo of the incorrect or defective merchandise to shop@ameliasjewelrybox.com so our team can resolve it for you right away.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our team at shop@ameliasjewelrybox.com or call 803-406-9157 to start the process.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out our return form and place it securely inside your package.
  3. Get Your Shipping Label: Submit your return request via email from your computer, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Drop It Off: Take your package to your local U.S. Post Office. Please note: Return shipping charges are not reimbursable. Using our prepaid return label will result in a $7.50 deduction from your final store credit.

Quick Return Processing Time

Once your package arrives at our facility, Amelia’s Jewelry Box reserves the right to determine if the item is in sellable condition. Approved returns are typically processed, and your online store credit applied, within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). We will automatically send a notification to the email address associated with your account.
